Q: How does sizing work for vintage items?

A: We list the size printed on the tag and the estimated modern size in the description. Because vintage items often run small, we believe it is more important to go by the estimated modern size. Please pay special attention to the measurements listed in the item descriptions to ensure a good fit. 

Q: Will a garment fit exactly the way it looks on the model? 

A: We use models to show you the potential of each special piece and how it can be styled. However the model images do not represent accurate fit in every case. In some cases a garment has been adjusted slightly on the model to ensure a better fit. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns for all vintage items within 21 days of the order date, for a full refund in the original form of payment. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. Retro items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless you have received the wrong item or a defective item. To initiate a return or exchange for a retro item please contact customerservice@unfadedera.com.

Q: Are the 90s really vintage?

A: It's hard to believe it's been that long already! But we classify vintage as any article of clothing that is 20 years or older. All of our vintage items are from 1980-1996. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, currently we offer international shipping for a flat rate.
